What are the dimensions of the Passerelle Desk?
The standard size is 1400 mm length × 650 mm depth × 740 mm height.
What material is the tabletop made from?
The tabletop features a core made from Lisocore® — a strong yet lightweight composite material. It’s topped with your choice of veneer, laminate or linoleum, and edged in solid wood.
What is the frame constructed from?
The frame is made from solid wood (oak or walnut, lacquered) with an aluminium/steel crossbar slightly off-centre for increased leg room.
Can this desk be used in a corporate environment as well as a home office?
Yes — thanks to its sophisticated design and robust construction, it’s suitable for both home offices and corporate workspaces.
What finishes and colours are available?
It comes in a variety of finishes.
Does the desk require assembly and how easy is it?
Yes — it arrives flat-packed and requires assembly. The instructions show screw-in legs, crossbar mounting and glider adjustment. Wellworking offer onsite assembly at an additional charge.
What warranty does HAY offer for this desk?
HAY provides a 5-year warranty for the Passerelle collection.
How do I care for the surfaces & finish?
- For wood and lacquered surfaces: wipe with a clean cloth moistened with water or a neutral detergent. Avoid abrasive products.
- For linoleum tops: use recommended care products and avoid direct sunlight or heat sources that may accelerate patina.
- Always protect from long-term exposure to strong heat or sunlight.
What is the lead time for delivery?

Is the desk suitable for irregular floors?
Yes — the model includes gliders (adjustable feet) that allow you to level the desk on slightly uneven floors.

All warranties are automatically applied by Wellworking and there is no need to register your product with the manufacturer.
Please keep your proof of purchase safe (it's easier for us to locate your order with the invoice or web order number) and, in the unlikely event a fault occurs, contact us by emailing service@wellworking.co.uk and we will arrange a service visit or replacement.
