Some of the workplace services we provide, such as Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments, ergonomic assessments and workplace consultancy, may require us to collect additional personal information that is relevant to providing those services.

  • your working practices; and
  • where appropriate, limited health-related information that you choose to provide.

Where a workplace service is arranged by your employer or another organisation, we may share relevant information with them where this is necessary to deliver the service and in accordance with the agreed arrangements. The information shared, and Wellworking's role in processing that information, will depend on the service being provided and the contractual arrangements agreed with the organisation commissioning it.

Depending on those arrangements, Wellworking may process personal information either on behalf of the organisation commissioning the service or as an independent controller responsible for deciding how that information is used.

We only collect the information needed to provide the service and do not use health-related information for marketing purposes.

Some workplace services may be delivered using trusted specialist providers. Where this is the case, those providers may also process your personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
