Developed over an extraordinary eight-year design process, Petit Standard began with a simple ambition: to create a highly stackable chair where the features that make it practical actually contribute to its character.
The result is a beautifully precise combination of die-cast aluminium, slender steel tubing and warm oak veneer. The distinctive frame forms a three-dimensional triangular structure, giving Petit Standard its geometric appearance while providing the strength and stability needed for everyday use.
Despite its lightweight, minimal profile, comfort hasn’t been overlooked. A gently curved seat and higher backrest provide comfortable support, making Petit Standard equally suited to a meeting room, dining table, café or learning environment.
