What is the Terra Portable Lamp made of?
It’s made from Matek™, a composite material which blends post-consumer e-waste (plastic) with natural fibres—coffee shell waste or wood waste—then finished with a lacquer.
What are the dimensions & weight?
Height: 25 cm; Diameter (Shade): 17.5 cm. Weight: about 1 kg (≈ 2.2 lbs).

How long does the battery last, and how long to charge?
Up to 10 hours when fully charged. Charging takes about 6 hours via USB-C.

Is it suitable for outdoor use?
It has an IP44 rating, which means it can handle light moisture and splashes, so it may be used outdoors, but it should be stored indoors when not in use.
What care does the material need?
- Dust with a soft cloth regularly.
- Clean with mild soapy water using a soft cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat or humidity, which may cause colour fading or damage.
Does it come with a warranty / expected lifetime?
The LED light source has an estimated lifetime of about 36,000 hours and has a 2-year warranty.
