How do you adjust the seat height?
To raise the seat: While not seated, lift the paddle-shaped lever on the right side upward.
To lower the seat: While seated, lift the same lever upward.
Adjust so your feet rest flat on the floor or on a footrest.
How do you adjust the recline tension?
Increase tension: Turn the knob on the right side forward (clockwise).
Decrease tension: Turn the knob backward (counterclockwise).
