DELIVERY INFORMATION

We want your order to reach you quickly and smoothly. The information below explains our delivery services, lead times and what to expect when your items arrive.

Wellworking only sells brand new, original products direct from our manufacturers. Wellworking only supplies brand new, original products direct from the manufacturers. We are an Authorised MillerKnoll Dealer, an Authorised Vitra Retailer and authorised suppliers for the other brands we offer.

Delivery Methods

Larger Items such as office chairs, desks and storage are delivered by our own in-house specialist team.

Smaller items such as monitor arms, mice and accessories are sent by courier and must be signed for on arrival. You will receive tracking details once your courier order has been dispatched.

Delivery Costs

We offer free standard delivery on all items.

If you purchase a desk or table, there is an additional cost if you would like it assembled in your home or office.

Delivery Times

An estimated delivery window is shown on each product page.

Confirmation of your delivery date will be sent once your order has been processed. If your order includes several items with different delivery times we will contact you to confirm the most suitable plan.

A one-hour delivery slot will be sent to you the day before your scheduled delivery.

When Your Order Arrives

Smaller furniture items and all chairs are delivered fully assembled and ready to use.

Our team will place your items safely in your home or workplace. If anything is missing or damaged, please let us know immediately so we can resolve it quickly.

Most deliveries are made with minimal packaging, which our team will remove and take away for recycling.

UK Delivery Areas

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses.

Larger items sent to more remote locations such as the Highlands may take a little longer, although there is no extra charge.

International Orders

We are unable to offer delivery outside mainland UK such as Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man due to the bulky nature of our products.

If you would like to use your own forwarder you are welcome to contact us for support with this.

RETURNS & WARRANTIES

Returns

Any product purchased online, including Re-Lived products, can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund for any reason. Please note returns will not be accepted after this period.

Original packaging is NOT required for returns as we use our own team for delivery and collections.

Wellworking offers free collection for all items being returned from mainland UK addresses.

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method once the item has been returned but it can take 3–5 working days for banks to process this.

Warranties

All warranties are automatically applied by Wellworking, so you do not need to register your product with the manufacturer.

Please keep your proof of purchase safe, as having your invoice or web order number makes it easier for us to locate your order.

If a fault occurs, email service@wellworking.co.uk. We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf to arrange a service visit or replacement.
