10th – 14th November 2025 marks Living Wage Week, a time to recognise employers who are helping to make work pay through fair wages.
At Wellworking, we’ve been an accredited Living Wage Employer since 2016, and we’re proud to stand alongside thousands of other organisations who are committed to ensuring that every member of staff earns a wage that meets the real cost of living.
For us, paying the Living Wage is about respect for every individual who contributes to our success. A fair wage allows our people to support their families, feel secure about their future and enjoy a better quality of life. In turn, this commitment strengthens our culture, boosting motivation, engagement and pride in the work we do.
Our belief in doing the right thing extends beyond pay. As a Certified B Corp and one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024, we’re committed to creating a workplace where people, purpose and performance thrive together. We know that when we look after our people, they look after our customers, and that’s how we build a better business for everyone.

This year, The Living Wage Foundation’s theme, "the difference it makes", resonates with us. We see that difference every day in the loyalty of our team, the quality of our customer service and the strength of our community. Fair pay, ethical business practices and a supportive culture are all connected. Together they create a place where people can do their best work.
Our Human Resources and Health & Safety Manager, Samantha Bravo, has spent more than 20 years supporting businesses in health and wellbeing. She explains:
"I see every day how fair pay and a caring culture help our people flourish. When employees feel valued and respected, they bring their best selves to work. Looking after our staff is the foundation of our success, and I’m proud to be part of a company that makes a difference."
At Wellworking, we’re proud to celebrate Living Wage Week and continue to champion a fairer future for work because when people are supported, everyone benefits.
