Vitra HAL RE Tube Base Meeting Chair
For the HAL tube base meeting chair, Vitra & Jasper Morrison have created a reinterpretation of the multifunctional shell chair but with the added stability of the metal tube leg base.
The shape of HAL's shell ensures plenty of freedom of movement and the slightly flexible plastic makes many different sitting positions possible - even sideways and astride the chair. Because of this, HAL facilitates dynamic, ergonomic seating in the office or home.
The seat shell is made using recycled material, instead of conventional plastic, which generates fewer climate-damaging emissions and significantly reduces energy consumption.
