Commercial Sales Manager
Location: London

Role purpose
This full-time end user focussed Sales position is based out of our Acton office, working in the field with new and existing Wellworking clients to achieve agreed sales targets.
You will be responsible for promoting our solution-led approach to furniture sales, using the Wellworking product portfolio.
The role involves engaging with new client opportunities, generated by yourself, or through our website enquiries, fostering long-term relationships with all new and existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver commercial sales growth in line with company financial objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, in line with company marketing initiatives.
- Manage customer & internal team relationships in line with company culture
- Collaborate with our Commercial Projects, Re-Lived, Online, & Workplace Wellbeing Teams, promoting our holistic approach to our new and existing client base
- Work closely with the sales support team to ensure efficient and timely processing of all sales administration
- Champion our B Corp principles cross all sales activities
- Respond to the needs of clients in an efficient, timely manner
- Quote relevantly, quickly, and accurately in response to customer requirements
- Negotiate pricing, delivery T&C’s, and any project specifications effectively
- Develop strong relationships with key supply partners and ensure that your product knowledge is excellent
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions
- Attend bi-weekly Sales Meetings at our Head Office
Key Competencies
- Proven track record in sales generation, account management, with consistent achievement of targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to create fair business transactions
- An energetic knowledge of the office furniture industry, sustainability & workplace wellbeing trends
- Results-driven with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Competent in the use of Office 365 including MS Teams, Zoom, PCon, and cloud-based CRMs for quoting
- Effective diary and time management
- Disciplined, self-sufficient and motivated, able to work both alone and within a team
