How It Works

  1. Select Your Product

    Browse our range and choose the item(s) you wish to rent.

  2. Choose Your Rental Duration

    Select the rental period that suits your needs—anywhere from 1 month to 12 months.

  3. Add Delivery & Collection

    An installation and collection fee of £90 will be applied.

  4. Confirm Your Deposit

    A refundable deposit of £250 per product is required. Deposits are returned within 3–5 working days following collection, provided the item is returned in good condition.

  5. Schedule Delivery

    Select your preferred delivery date. The corresponding collection date will be automatically scheduled based on your selected rental period. Please note: if collection is unsuccessful on the agreed date, an additional charge of £10 per day will apply.

  6. Complete Your Booking

    Proceed to the basket to enter your details and review your order.

  7. Make Payment

    Secure your booking by completing online payment via debit or credit card.

  8. Receive Confirmation

    You will receive email confirmation of your delivery and collection dates.

  9. Delivery Inspection

    Upon delivery, our team will photograph the product and document any existing wear or damage.

  10. Collection Inspection

    At the time of collection, the product will be photographed again. Please inform our team of any damage incurred during the rental period.

  11. Deposit Refund

    If the product is returned in acceptable condition, your deposit will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

 

Faulty Products During the Rental Period

In the unlikely event that a fault arises with your product during the rental period, please contact us immediately at service@wellworking.co.uk to report the issue.

We will arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced as promptly as possible. If the product is deemed unusable for any period of time, a pro-rata refund will be issued based on the daily rental rate for each full day the item is out of use.

 

Return Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a full deposit refund, the product must be returned without structural damage (e.g., broken components) or significant cosmetic damage (e.g., gouges in frame or work surface).

In cases where the product sustains significant damage during the rental period, the deposit will be withheld.

We recognise that minor wear and tear may occur through regular use. Cosmetic marks or scuffs under 5cm in diameter will not affect the return of your deposit.

Requesting a Rental Extension

If you wish to extend the rental period of your product, please contact us on 020 3110 0610or email info@wellworking.co.uk with your request.

Please note, we require a minimum of three working days’ notice to process an extension. The additional rental fee must be paid in full before the extension can be confirmed.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All warranties are automatically applied by Wellworking and there is no need to register your product with the manufacturer.

Please keep your proof of purchase safe (it's easier for us to locate your order with the invoice or web order number) and, in the unlikely event a fault occurs, contact us by emailing service@wellworking.co.uk and we will arrange a service visit or replacement.
